The company has expertise in various disciplines and has experience over 25 years in Energy Efficiency.

KR Energy Consultants has conducted over 200 energy audits covering all types of industries like chemical, bulk drugs, pharma, food processing, textiles, power plants, steel, pulp and paper, plastics, solvent extraction and refinery units, cement, commercial establishments. KR Energy Consultants are certified energy auditors of BEE.

Ruchi Soya Industries Limited

The detailed energy audits were conducted five edible oil refinery units (Kakinada, Mangalore, Chennai, Patalganga, Haldia)of Ruchi Group. These units are engaged in the process of various types of edible oils such as palmolein, sunflower, soya and vanaspathi. About Rs.400.000 lakhs per annum worth of energy savings measures were identified and majority of the measures were successfully implemented by the management and substantial savings were achieved. Initially, the management was awarded one unit and based on the performance; all the 5 units were awarded.

Godrej Agrovet Limited

KR Energy Consultants has conducted detailed energy audit and several energy saving measures were identified. The management has awarded to us for turnkey implementation of identified energy efficiency measures and successfully implemented various energy efficiency measures such as retrofitting of blowers, improving boiler efficiency, improved condensate recovery and reduced fuel consumption over 20%. The project was taken on guaranteed savings basis and successful implemented.

Nakoda Chemicals Limited

KR Energy Consultants has conducted detailed energy audit and several energy saving measures were identified. The management has implemented low cost and no cost measures having payback period less than 6 months and 15% of total energy bill was reduced. The company is getting energy audit by us once in every two years. KR Energy Consultants has state of art energy audit instruments for performance assessment of all industrial equipments such as Chillers, Pumps, Air Compressors, Cooling towers, Blowers and fans, Boiler and steam distribution, Furnaces, AHU’s, Electrical Motors, Transformers and others etc. The instruments include flue gas analysers, ultrasonic flow meters, thermal imager, power and harmonic analysers, digital thermo hygrometers, pitot tubes and anemometers.
KR Energy Consultants has specialists for performing tests on chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air compressors, blowers and pumps, the equipments will be covered from smaller capacity to Megawatt capacity equipmentswith best accuracy.
